Set on the edge of the escarpment, Moonya has the most fabulous views from the two living areas in this two story home at mount Victoria. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x QB and 2 x singles) separated by an adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated, with quality linen and electric blankets supplied. Upstairs is similar to the downstairs area with its own kitchen.

There is a gas heater and a slow combustion log fire, which is surrounded by a large decorative stone fireplace with wood supplied. The bold interior design was originally created over 35 years ago by Tom Harding, then Sydney's leading interior decorator (Decor at Edgecliff).
The open plan lounge / dining / sitting room room offers homely comfort and numerous choices of seating. The SMART TV is Netflix and Stan compatible and Chrome cast. The sound system is CD / Bluetooth / usb / aux. There are well stocked bookshelves with books, magazines, games and jigsaws for your enjoyment. Coffee machines with Nespresso capsules supplied.

Guest supplies include kitchen basics including tea & coffee, Shampoo & conditioner & hair dryer, firewood, Cot & high chair, Washer & dryer
